Job summary

Alameda Alliance for Health is seeking a Technical Analyst II to provide analysis and support for health care applications, authorizations, and enrollment file management. You will work under IT Applications leadership, handling requirements, documentation, reporting, troubleshooting and maintenance across systems and data flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or health care‑related field desirable.
• Master’s Degree is a plus.
• 3 years’ experience in the health care field, preferably in payer setting.
• 5 years’ experience as technical analyst/engineer.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical analysis and support for health care related applications, authorizations, and enrollment file management.
• Analyze requirements, design, build, test, and implement business systems or changes.
• Create/edit configurations and perform impact analysis of changes, coordinating push to production.
• Collaborate with operations, projects, engineering and support to shape objectives using data-driven approaches.
• Develop and modify call center application systems and document change requests.
