Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of related experience.
• Three years of experience in large, corporate MIS environments preferred.
• Knowledge of application support and development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: set priorities with moderate supervision to support MHHS information systems.
• Applications Development: develop and deploy queries, simple apps, and moderately complex reports.
• Analysis/Design: translate customer requests into software specifications for assigned tasks.
• Technical Administration: maintain detailed knowledge of assigned applications.
• Communications: plan and discuss effectively, assess information needs, share knowledge.
• Problem Solving: identify issues, develop options and recommendations to resolve.
• Application Support: assist customers with optimizing applications and participate in after-hours support.
• Customer Service: provide training, support, and problem resolution to customers.
• Other: perform duties as assigned, ensure safe care and adherence to policies.
