Job summary

Creative Testing Solutions is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to own and optimize Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and related applications. You will configure, troubleshoot, and maintain the applications while developing automated and manual test scripts for validations.

You will guide support, drive process improvements, and coordinate with vendors and IT teams to implement changes. As a senior member of the CTS Applications team, you will lead major initiatives, ensure compliant

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent mix of education and experience.
8+ years of enterprise application experience with a focus on LIS preferred.
Experience with programming and SQL; ability to support, administer, and improve critical apps.
Experience validating systems and coordinating across IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain software configurations to meet evolving business needs.
Lead solutions that are stable and supportable through the product life cycle.
Collaborate with CTS IT, enterprise architects, and vendors on changes.
Lead major application initiatives including upgrades, integrations, and deployments.
Develop, execute, and review test plans, including automated tests when appropriate.
Provide day-to-day technical guidance and mentor colleagues.
