Candidates should have a strong background in Lab or Healthcare applications, particularly with Sunquest Lab System, and possess relevant certifications like MT or CLS. Strong problem-solving and consultation skills are essential. This is a contract position based in Sacramento, California.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience of Lab or Healthcare related applications.
• Lab System vendor or Clinical Laboratory System experience.
• Expertise in use and maintenance of Sunquest Lab System.
• Experience in consulting with vendors, clients, and management.
• Exposure to Epic EHR.
• Strong problem and issue resolution experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Laboratory processes and workflow required.
• MT (ASCP), CLS, or similar Laboratory certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate updates of systems used by laboratory information systems.
• Participate in projects and implementations for Laboratory service line.
• Advise Laboratories on optimal use of Laboratory System.
