About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join University Health’s dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our computer systems used across financial, clinical, and administrative functions. You will play a critical role in managing complex projects, ensuring system integrity, and supporting the organization’s technological infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming, system analysis, and database management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data processing, mathematics, business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. A minimum of six years of programming and system analysis experience is required, demonstrating proficiency in at least one computer system language and data management methodologies on multiple platforms used at University Health.

Candidates should have working knowledge of languages such as SQL, .NET, VB, and C#, along with experience managing databases like MS SQL Server. Familiarity with tools such as Management Studio, SSIS, SSRS, and MS Office is essential. Proficiency in Windows operating systems is also required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
