We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team at University Health. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our computer systems that support our financial, clinical, and administrative operations. This role involves managing complex projects, offering technical guidance, and ensuring the seamless operation of our information systems. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to identify technology needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance, ultimately contributing to the organization’s mission of delivering outstanding healthcare services.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, data processing, mathematics, business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. A minimum of six years of programming and system analysis experience is required, demonstrating proficiency in at least one computer system language and data management methodology on one or more of the platforms used at University Health. Candidates should have a working knowledge of languages such as SQL, .NET, VB, and C#, along with experience managing databases, particularly MS SQL Server. Familiarity with tools like Management Studio, SSIS, SSRS, and MS Office is essential. Proficiency in Windows operating systems is also required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
