Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Product Leadership experience.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements for digital products and platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work across business and technology organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple teams and business units.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product initiatives that enhance the client and participant experience across Retirement Plan Services and Schwab Retail channels.
• Develop product strategies that align retirement business objectives with enterprise digital experience goals.
• Advocate for retirement plan clients and participants throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, usability, and adoption of retirement-related digital experiences.
• Retirement Business Requirements Leadership
• Gather, analyze, and define business requirements from Retirement Plan Services stakeholders, operations teams, and subject matter experts.
• Translate complex retirement plan servicing, participant, and sponsor requirements into actionable product features and capabilities.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, client impact, regulatory requirements, and implementation feasibility.
• Ensure retirement requirements are clearly communicated and understood by cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Schwab Retail product organizations to integrate retirement capabilities into broader Schwab.com experiences.
• Drive alignment between retirement business priorities and retail platform roadmaps.
• Support the development of unified client journeys across retirement and retail channels.
• Identify and manage dependencies between retirement and retail initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary liaison between Retirement Plan Services subject matter experts and retail development teams.
• Educate retail teams on retirement products, participant behaviors, servicing needs, and regulatory considerations.
• Facilitate collaboration among product, business, user experience, architecture, and engineering teams.
• Communicate priorities, project status, risks, and strategic recommendations to business and technology leadership.
• Product Delivery & Execution
• Work closely with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful product outcomes.
• Support roadmap planning, release management, and feature prioritization activities.
• Monitor product performance and client feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement across retirement client experiences and digital capabilities.
