Job summary

Children's Mercy is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to ensure stability, performance, and availability of critical applications. You will lead installations, upgrades, and disaster recovery testing while creating documentation for software architectures and integrations.

You will provide tier 4 support during service degradation and work with cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with 5–7 years of experience in application support.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and supporting business-critical software systems.
