Children's Mercy is seeking a Lead IT Systems Application Analyst to lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Epic and related enterprise applications. You will guide project teams, manage system integration, and ensure thorough documentation and user training.

This position is remote, allowing residence in the Kansas City metro area with occasional on-site meetings. Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management are essential to deliver high-quality healthcare

Qualifications

• Master's/Bachelor's/Associate/HS with leadership experience.
• At least one Epic certification relevant to the department, with Epic certification training if not already certified; required within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, and implementation of Epic and related systems.
• Manages system integration, vendor relationships, and project management.
• Mentors junior team members and oversees technical documentation and end-user training.
