Job summary

Invesco seeks a Senior SMA Business Manager to lead complex initiatives across the Separately Managed Accounts platform. You will partner with Investments, Technology, and external vendors to deliver strategic projects that scale the business and improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in investment management or technology, experience in agile environments, and familiarity with CRM/financial software. This hybrid role requires strong analytics and cross-team leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment management, technology, project or product management, strategic planning.
• Experience with financial markets and separately managed accounts.
• Experience working in an agile environment with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Scope, manage, and execute complex initiatives across Invesco’s SMA Platform, including new products and systems.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on platform placements and custodian onboarding.
• Define technical and functional requirements to enhance processes and infrastructure.
• Engage with external vendors on contracting and implementations.
• Represent the business needs to Investment Technology, Front Office Operations, and CRM Enablement.
• Drive dashboards, reporting, and KPIs using data to inform decisions.
• Align SMA planning to firmwide strategy and roadmap.
