Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer with deep Java expertise to grow into an Application Architect while staying hands-on. You will design, develop, and support enterprise apps using Java/Spring Boot, and mentor teammates.

Lead architecture discussions, tackle complex data solutions, and contribute to CI/CD and cloud initiatives. Onsite two days weekly in Reading, PA or Tampa, FL. 8–10 years experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities
