Job summary

Harness seeks a Senior Program Manager, Application Security, to guide post-sale journeys for enterprise customers. You will connect customer, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to structure complex security rollouts and ensure successful adoption and value realization.

You will own the end-to-end journey, including onboarding, milestones, risk management, and renewal readiness, while building trusted relationships with executives and technical leaders across the account.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Program Management in SaaS
• Experience leading multi-workstream security or software implementations end-to-end
• Experience driving adoption and customer outcomes in fast-moving technical environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable value for enterprise customers from Harness security portfolio.
• Own end-to-end onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness.
• Build and run customer success plans linking product capabilities to business and security goals.
• Lead multi-workstream security programs with roadmaps, milestones, scope, and risk.
• Maintain active engagement rhythms with weekly status and proactive risk management.
• Foster executive relationships with CISOs and security leaders and plan quarterly business reviews.
