Job summary

Pavion seeks a talented Program Manager to join our security business unit. You will lead enterprise programs through concept, rollout, adoption, and sustained performance, translating business needs into scalable programs and developing charters, roadmaps, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading programs, projects, or large-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in process design, operational excellence, and/or organizational change management.
• Strong understanding of compliance, governance, or regulatory environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence across functional areas and all levels of leadership.
• Experience working in matrixed or enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead pieces of the lifecycle of enterprise programs, i.e. concept and design, rollout, adoption, and sustained performance.
• Translate business needs, operational challenges, or strategic ideas into structured, scalable programs and processes.
• Develop program charters, roadmaps, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Partner with Operations, IT, HR, Finance to define requirements and ensure program success.
• Facilitate cross-functional working groups and steering committees to drive progress and decisions.
• Execute change management strategies that support adoption and minimize disruption.
• Create communication plans, training materials, and engagement activities for stakeholders and end users.
• Guide leaders and teams through organizational change using structured methodologies.
• Map, design, and improve enterprise processes for efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop clear communication to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Prepare dashboards and updates for leadership; include analysis using Excel, Tableau, etc.
• Track program performance and report on key metrics, milestones, and financial impacts.
