Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Program Management, or Professional Services in a SaaS environment.
• Track record of leading large, multi-workstream security or software implementations.
• Experience driving adoption and customer outcomes in fast-moving technical environments.
• Working knowledge of secure software development, CI/CD, runtime security and vulnerability management.
• Comfort building relationships with executives and hands-on teams; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, customer success, and project tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable value for enterprise customers from the Harness runtime and shift-left security portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end journey: onboarding, implementation, adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness.
• Build and run customer success plans linking product capabilities to each customer's business and security goals.
• Manage multi-workstream security or software implementations with clear milestones and risk management.
• Lead the engagement rhythm with weekly status, clear communication, and proactive next steps.
• Keep project and delivery records current across your portfolio.
• Monitor early risk signals and act to protect customer health and adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, plan quarterly executive reviews showing ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support; bring customer feedback to Product.
