Job summary

Harness is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Application Security, to lead the post-sale journey for large enterprise customers. You’ll guide implementations, drive adoption, and translate security investments into measurable business outcomes, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

You will own multi-workstream security programs, build executive relationships with CISOs and security leaders, and manage risk, milestones, and renewal readiness while delivering clear ROI across

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Program Management, or Professional Services in a SaaS environment.
• Experience leading large, multi-workstream security or software implementations from start to finish.
• Experience driving adoption and customer outcomes in complex technical environments.
• Working knowledge of modern security practices, such as secure software development, CI/CD, runtime security and vulnerability management.
• Comfort building relationships with executives and hands-on technical teams, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, customer success, and project tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Jira.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer outcomes for enterprise clients across security products.
• Lead multi-workstream security programs including roadmap, milestones, scope, and risk.
• Build and run customer success plans aligned to business and security goals.
• Plan and lead executive business reviews showing ROI and risk reduction.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to close feedback loops.
