Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Deep familiarity with vulnerability frameworks and data sources (CVE, CVSS, EPSS, CWE).
• Experience leading and maturing AppSec and vulnerability management programs.
• Strong ability to partner with engineering teams to validate findings and drive remediation.
• Experience in agile and DevSecOps environments.
• Advanced security certifications (e.g., OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, CASP+).

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for AppSec and ASM across domains.
• Lead design and execution of AppSec assessment and risk governance.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior team members and guide security automation initiatives.
• Define requirements for workflow orchestration and automation at scale.
• Partner with senior leadership to define future-state vision.
