Job summary

Prudential Financial, Inc. of the United States is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Security Engineer in the Identity Governance and Administration team.

The role partners with product owners, tech leads, and delivery professionals to strengthen Prudential's Identity Management platform and ensure compliance with security standards. The position emphasizes hands-on identity engineering, mentorship, and collaboration across security, architecture, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ/IDN and identity governance.
• Knowledge of cloud identity platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IAM concepts.
• Experience with PCI/SOX/Fed regulatory requirements and remediation.
• Strong mentoring, communication and agile delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to define features and design solutions.
• Engage in identity management projects with hands-on implementation.
• Analyze complex problems requiring evaluation of multiple variables.
• Partner with Operations Support / QA for root cause analysis and fixes.
• Collaborate with BISO, architecture and engineering to improve Identity Management platform.
