Prudential Financial is seeking a Lead, Infrastructure Security Engineer to partner with product owners and engineers to improve database security posture and deploy security features across products and systems. You will automate infrastructure security tasks, coach team members, and integrate security into the full product lifecycle.

The role requires advanced security expertise, strong collaboration skills, and experience with AWS/Azure/Windows/Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and TDDF.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with distributed systems across cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Create, code and support automation for infrastructure and security components.
• Provide services to software teams to adopt and monitor database infrastructure.
• Ensure product security is maintained throughout the lifecycle with new features and updates.
• Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to deliver robust solutions.
