Staffing Spot, Inc. is seeking an experienced Application/Production Support professional to provide L1/L2 support for business-critical applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis while coordinating with multiple teams to resolve issues. The role requires strong SQL skills, familiarity with REST APIs, and experience with ITIL-based processes.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Application/Production Support or equivalent.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with REST APIs and application integrations.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2 support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor applications, jobs, interfaces, and system health.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze logs, errors, and system behavior for issues.
• Coordinate with development, infra, DB, and QA for resolution.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problems within SLAs.
• Participate in deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation.
• Create and maintain support docs and knowledge articles.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest automation opportunities.
• Participate in on-call/rotational support as required.
• Communicate incidences and resolutions to technical and business stakeholders.
