Staffing Spot, Inc. is seeking an experienced Applications/Production Support professional to join our Minneapolis team.

You will provide L1/L2 support for critical applications, monitor system health, and drive incident resolution with a focus on root-cause analysis and process improvements. The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with ITIL processes, and familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Jira.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Support / Production Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Familiarity with ITIL/service management processes.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience with application monitoring tools and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor applications, jobs, interfaces, and system health.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and QA teams for issue resolution.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLAs.
• Participate in production deployments and post-deployment validation.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
