Staffing Spot, Inc. is seeking an experienced Application/Production Support professional for the Charlotte, NC area to monitor mission-critical apps, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analyses.

You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to ensure smooth production operations. The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong SQL skills, knowledge of REST APIs, ITIL processes, and experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with application logs and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of REST APIs and application integrations.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow/Jira.
• Knowledge of ITIL/service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor applications, jobs, interfaces, and system health.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and QA teams.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and tickets within SLAs.
• Participate in deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call/rotational support as required.
