Job summary

NECI is seeking an Application Engineer to support account executives and order management. You will guide customers on product orders, assist with proposals, and ensure exceptional service in line with NECI’s core values.

You will develop knowledge across our product lines, price valve automation solutions, and deliver timely, high-quality support to customers while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical).
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Competitive spirit and drive to grow the business.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide proposals by evaluating customer requirements and proposing innovative valve automation solutions.
• Grow the valve automation business to meet annual sales goals in the coverage area.
• Develop knowledge across product lines and price valve automation solutions to customers.
• Support order management and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
