Accelera Staffing in Youngstown, OH is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineer with a strong automation background to lead cost estimation, CAD design support, and manufacturing improvements.
Ideal candidate has a degree, 10+ years in manufacturing, proficiency in Inventor/AutoCAD, PLCs, and advanced Excel; will support sales and drive efficiency.

Competenze
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 10+ years of direct manufacturing experience.
- Strong understanding of automation, tooling and manufacturing machinery.
- Ability to read mechanical prints and tolerances accurately.
- Experience with Inventor and AutoCAD CAD software.
- Familiarity with control systems and PLCs.
- Experience supporting sales with technical proposals and cost estimates.
- Propose optimized automation/workflow improvements for efficiency.
- Develop precise equipment and tooling cost projections.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Background in metal forming and stamping is a plus.
