Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and implement enterprise data solutions. The role focuses on SQL Server (T-SQL), C#, SSIS, and data transformations for claims, membership, and provider data.

You will collaborate with data modelers, architects, business analysts, and SMEs to deliver reliable ETL processes and maintain technical documentation. Remote/hybrid work options are available, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field with 4–6 years of related experience.
• 4–6 years of Microsoft SQL Server development (T-SQL) and 3+ years of C# and 3+ years of SSIS development.
• SAFe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions across the data stack.
• Create, optimize, and re-engineer SQL Server objects for staging and transforming claim, authorization, member, and provider data.
• Own and enhance the in-house letter application and SSIS workflows for document conversion.
• Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot jobs using ActiveBatch; provide production support and testing.
