Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Principal Application Architect to lead complex application initiatives and establish architectural governance for accounts in the United States. You will work with product teams, vendors, and senior designers to ensure architectural alignment with client needs.

This role emphasizes healthcare domain experience, leadership, and the ability to drive technology choices across large programs.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of application architecture and/or product development experience.
• Experience with TOGAF and related architecture frameworks.
• Knowledge of software systems, networks, and hardware products.
• Experience with mainframes and scheduling software.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and teams.
• Healthcare industry background, preferably Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural oversight for complex applications and products.
• Review and test hosting/configuration tools and methodologies.
• Evaluate new technologies for feasibility in company products.
• Coordinate with vendors to integrate applications.
• Develop architectural requirements with product teams.
• Own solutions, post-sale integration, and enterprise architecture artifacts.
• Lead Architecture Review Board and technical roadmap.
• Analyze data to drive operational improvements.
• Proactively share solutions and upskill the team.
