Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Application Developer (.NET/Java) to join an innovative healthcare technology team dedicated to serving communities nationwide. You will leverage your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used by millions of patients, while growing through leadership and technical academies.

Expect a fully remote role with travel as needed, a flexible schedule, and opportunities to advance through our leadership

Qualifications

• 6+ years of programming or testing experience with languages such as JCL, Java, C, C++, C#, .Net.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS databases (SQL, Linux, Oracle) and testing tools.
• Experience using an Integrated Development Environment (Visual Studio, Visual Code...).

Responsabilités

• Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs
• Analyze, design and write specs and requirements for development
• Evaluate existing systems and coordinate tasks with the project team
• Provide technical consulting to clients and management on complex projects
• Develop test plans and participate in QA activities
• Lead a small sub-team of developers as needed
• Design solutions and system components and delegate tasks
• Estimate resources for tasks and projects
