Renown-Health is seeking a Principal Application Analyst to provide strategic oversight, design and configuration of complex applications, and lead cross-functional teams in a healthcare IT environment.

This role partners with leadership to prioritize work, manage project timelines, and ensure compliant, scalable systems, while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows. The position requires 8+ years in IT/healthcare and a Bachelor's in IT or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years' experience in IT or healthcare setting with healthcare applications.
• 8+ years in healthcare application analysis or configuration and support.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.

Responsabilités

• Serves as Principal Application Analyst, providing design, configuration, and advanced issue resolution across multiple applications.
• Delivers user education, maintenance, and ongoing support for applications and system interfaces.
• Leads project planning and resource allocation for application initiatives and upgrades.
• Directs analysis, design, testing, and deployment of new systems and enhancements; ensures regulatory compliance.
