Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, science, or business, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-6 years' experience in application configuration/design and implementation.
• 4+ years' experience in a Healthcare setting preferred.
• Application certification or accreditation may be required and kept up to date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, configuration, testing and support of files within assigned products.
• Lead issue resolution and performance optimizations for end users.
• Develop documentation and project plans; track tasks with project tools.
• Collaborate across teams to manage multiple complex projects to deadlines.
• Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring and training materials.
