Groundswell, a premier technology integrator serving federal agencies, seeks a Senior Appian Developer Consultant to guide architecture and deliver cutting-edge Appian solutions. You will mentor delivery teams and drive best practices across design, DevSecOps, and implementation to ensure scalable outcomes.

Requirements include 3+ years with Appian, a senior/lead Appian certification, and US citizenship. Travel 0–15% may be required, with a DC Metro area preference and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with Appian solutions.
• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams through complex Appian solutions and related tech.
• Support design, development, and testing activities.
• Advise clients on architecture design, configuration management, and DevSecOps.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and performant.
• Create best practice guides and internal knowledge base articles.
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement.
• Mentor and enable internal resources.
