Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a Senior Appian Developer Consultant to provide integrated architecture support for delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to federal clients. You will mentor teams, design and integrate Appian solutions, and help drive scalable, high-performance architectures.

The role requires 3+ years in Appian, 5+ years IT experience, and active Appian Senior/Lead certification. Expect travel (0–15%). Local DC area candidates preferred; US Citizenship required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification.
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams through complex Appian solutions.
