Job summary

Groundswell is seeking experienced Senior Appian Developer Consultants to provide architecture support for delivery teams and act as trusted advisors to clients. You will mentor teams, design and integrate Appian solutions, and drive enterprise-scale architecture and best practices.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Appian, 5+ years IT experience, and an active Senior/Lead certification. Domestic travel (0-15%) and DC Metro area preference are expected, with US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area.
• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification.
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies.
• Support design, development, and test activities.
• Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to drive technical success.
• Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance.
• Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles.
