Groundswell is seeking a Senior Appian Developer Consultant to provide integrated architecture support for delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients. You will help scale our business with expert guidance on solution delivery and Appian integration into client architectures.

We value strong technical design, Agile delivery, and the ability to mentor teams. The role requires US citizenship, DC metro area locality preferred, and 0–15% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area.
• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification.
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology.
• Strong technical design, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams through complex Appian solutions.
• Support design, development, and testing activities.
• Advise on architecture design, configuration management, and DevSecOps.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and perform well.
• Create and document best practices and knowledge articles.
• Mentor and enable internal resources.
