Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices, architecture, or platform usage and provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate requirements into clear technical designs and Appian implementations.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to the Appian team and oversee daily development activities.
• Review designs for best practices, performance, scalability, and security.
