Groundswell is a premier technology integrator solving complex challenges for federal agencies. We seek an experienced Appian Consultant to deliver hands-on Appian implementations within delivery teams and advise clients on solution design and integration.

Role emphasizes scalable, high-performance solutions, DevSecOps, and knowledge transfer. Preference for candidates near the DC Metro area; some travel 0–15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area.
• 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
• Active Appian Senior or Lead certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and Agile delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies.
• Hands-on design, development, and test activities.
• Guide clients on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to drive technical success.
• Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance.
• Drive process improvement for our clients.
• Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources.
