Job summary
Groundswell is seeking an experienced Appian Architect to provide integrated architecture support for delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients. You will design, integrate, and scale Appian solutions within client architectures, while mentoring delivery teams on best practices and enabling internal processes.
The role requires 6+ years in Appian, strong Agile delivery experience, and the ability to obtain federal clearance.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in CS/IS/SE or related field.
- Active Appian Lead Certification.
- Strong experience with Agile delivery.
- Strong technical implementation skills.
- Experience with Appian Cloud configuration and support processes.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients on architecture design, integration, scalability, and DevSecOps.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Lead complex Appian implementations and related technologies.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and performant.
- Integrate multi-tier architectures through configurations and integrations.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for value and fit in client projects.
- Create and document best practices and knowledge base articles.
- Provide thought leadership on process improvements.
- Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
- Mentor and train delivery resources.
