Job summary

Crystal Mover Services, Inc. seeks an experienced technician to provide technical expertise on Automated People Mover (APM) systems and troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues.

You will develop solutions within established policies and coordinate with engineering staff to ensure system reliability. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance activities, recording in MMIS, and ensuring safety and compliance across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related field is required.
• CMSI requires copy of acquired degree and/or certification prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for all technical issues related to the APM systems.
• Record maintenance activities in MMIS and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Troubleshoot problems with systems, identify causes and develop repair plans.
• Coordinate with MHIA engineering department to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure staff are trained and safety-compliant in all tasks.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports related to shift maintenance and system availability.
