Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Sr. Manager, Technology - API Platform to lead the execution of our API strategy. You will guide enterprise APIs, manage engineering teams, and drive agile practices across channels including mobile, web, and external partners.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud/API expertise, and a focus on building secure, scalable APIs using C#/.NET on Azure. Remote-friendly with emphasis on delivering business value and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of people leader experience with leading technology teams.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with API-driven or integration architectures.
• Experience building platforms and teams with modern APIs, microservices, cloud-native services.
• ERP/Infrastructure/Finance product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and execution for API platform outcomes and align with leadership priorities.
• Shape technology strategies and roadmaps to support business objectives.
• Identify innovative tools and lead RFPs, project charters, and business cases.
• Mentor and coach teams to build a high-performing engineering culture.
• Oversee technical delivery and ensure scalable, secure APIs built in C#/.NET on Azure.
• Promote agile practices and continuously improve API contracts, versioning, and CI/CD.
