Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React and Next.js preferred).
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience owning features or components from design through production.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to teammates and partners.
• Experience mentoring or supporting the growth of other engineers.
• Experience working on production systems with real-world scale and reliability needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of significant platform features and services.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and evaluate trade-offs between short-term needs and long-term maintainability.
• Follow and refine technical standards and best practices used by the team.
• Identify risks, bugs, and areas for improvement within your areas of ownership.
• Write high-quality, well-tested, maintainable code as a core part of your role.
• Review code for correctness, performance, and readability; participate in on-call rotations.
