Job summary

Twist Bioscience seeks a Staff Integrations Specialist Lead to champion API integrations and B2B eProcurement punchout across the enterprise. You will define architectures, resolve complex challenges, and set best practices for customer-facing delivery in life sciences tech.

The role blends hands-on technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration, shaping roadmaps with Product and IBT, and engaging enterprise customers to translate scientific workflows into scalable integration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years in business systems analysis, integrations, solution architecture, or technical delivery.
Proven lead technical authority and customer-facing integration experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for customer-facing integrations and define SOPs, design patterns, and scalability blueprints.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex API-based integrations and punchout solutions.
Shape API and Punchout product roadmap with Product and IBT leadership.
Collaborate with customers' IT and procurement to translate requirements into data-mapping specs.
Maintain technical documentation, playbooks, API specs, and troubleshooting guides.
Travel to customer sites as needed to resolve onboarding and bottlenecks.
