Qualifications

• 3+ years in Purchasing roles in Tech or Life Science companies.
• Analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure material availability for production while managing cash flow.
• Manage supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery, service).
• Negotiate optimal terms (price, delivery, payment).
• Develop rolling forecasts to ensure material availability and prevent bottlenecks.
• Evaluate procurement workflows to improve efficiency across material management.
• Communicate requirements clearly to suppliers in writing and verbally.
• Maintain purchase orders in ERP and ensure accuracy.
• Resolve Purchase Order issues (receiving, documentation).
• Prioritize procurement for manufacturing and NPI needs.
• Follow regulatory requirements and ISO 13485.
