• Deliver end-to-end complex API-based integrations and punchout solutions.
• Shape API and Punchout roadmap with Product and IBT leadership.
• Collaborate with enterprise IT/procurement to map needs to specs.
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, and troubleshooting frameworks.
• Travel to customer sites for onboarding and escalation support.
