Job summary

Twist Bioscience seeks a Staff Integrations Specialist to drive API and B2B eProcurement integration capabilities within the IBT organization. You will define architecture, resolve complex challenges, and establish best practices for enterprise-grade customer integrations.

The role emphasizes domain expertise in API integrations, punchout, and technical leadership, acting as a bridge between customer systems and core technologies to deliver scalable, robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS.
• 10+ years delivering business systems integration or technical delivery.
• Experience leading customer-facing integration efforts.
• Proven track record with APIs, web services, and authentication.
• Experience with B2B eProcurement platforms and integration formats (cXML, OCI, EDI, JSON, XML).

Responsibilities

• Lead SME for customer-facing integrations and establish SOPs and design patterns.
• Deliver end-to-end complex API integrations and punchout solutions.
• Own API/ Punchout roadmap with Product and IBT leadership.
• Translate customer requirements into API intake and data mapping specs.
• Optimize punchout integrations across major platforms and protocols.
• Coordinate with procurement, middleware, and product teams to mitigate go-live risks.
• Develop technical documentation, playbooks, and troubleshooting frameworks.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for onboarding and issue resolution.
