Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing apartments for occupancy and respond to service requests as needed.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and appliances in emergencies.
• Maintain pools and HVAC systems and perform minor carpentry as needed.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and uphold safety and cleanliness.
• Report repairs to Maintenance Supervisor and manage work orders with the software.
