Job summary

Greenbrier Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee general maintenance of an apartment community, including repairs, troubleshooting, turnovers and preventative tasks. The role reports to the Property Manager and requires hands-on leadership within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance including basic electrical & plumbing diagnostics/repair.
• HVAC certification required (universal).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Property Manager to ensure maintenance tasks are performed properly and promptly.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors and management on maintenance services.
• Respond to on-call emergencies in a timely manner.
• Close out all open unresolved tickets and follow up accordingly.
• Safety-first: use general maintenance equipment safely and according to policy.
• Inspect grounds/buildings daily to identify maintenance needs and maintain curb appeal.
