Greenbrier Management seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance at an apartment community. The role includes repairs, turnovers, and preventative tasks, reporting to the Property Manager.

A proactive, safety‑minded professional will thrive in our team environment. The candidate should have at least 3 years in apartment maintenance, a universal HVAC certification, basic trade tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience required.
• HVAC universal certification required.
• Must have basic tools for the trade.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Property Manager to perform maintenance tasks.
• Follow up with residents, vendors, and team on services.
• Respond to on-call emergencies promptly.
• Close and document all open tickets.
• Use general maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for maintenance needs."
• Manage outside contractors and monitor work quality.
• Obtain competitive bids for maintenance costs.
• Participate in trainings and meetings.
• Follow fair housing, OSHA, and safety policies.
