Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience including basic electrical & plumbing diagnostics/repair.
• HVAC universal certification required.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help residents.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Property Manager to ensure maintenance tasks are performed properly and promptly.
• Respond to on-call emergencies in a timely manner.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify maintenance needs and ensure curb appeal.
• Retain contractors and obtain bids for maintenance-related expenses.
• Follow safety policies and participate in trainings.
