Ackermann Group in Miamisburg, OH, seeks a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Austin Park Apartments. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, collaborate with the Community Manager, and ensure high-quality service across the 226-unit community.

The role requires hands-on trades capability, budget awareness, and supervisory experience; the successful candidate will lead a team, manage vendor relationships, and help deliver market-ready amenities and capital projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• EPA Type I & II Certification required.
• CPO and CAMT certifications preferred.
• Aquatherm system experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance.
• Manage unit make-ready schedules and inventory.
• Monitor maintenance budget and contractor services.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance plan.
• Respond to after-hours emergency requests.
• Ensure all amenities are market ready.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC repairs as needed.
