Job summary

Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Altura Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure timely service and market-ready amenities.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, EPA Type I & II certification, and strong organizational skills. A valid driver's license is required, with on-site work and some on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with supervisory duties.
• EPA Type I & II Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance at Altura Apartments in Cincinnati, OH.
• Manage maintenance budget, supplies, and inventory; coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure unit make-ready schedules meet expectations and capital projects are planned.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests and document activities.
