Ackermann Group is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Altura Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. You will supervise daily maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Community Manager to keep the campus and systems in top condition.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory duties, EPA Type I & II certification, and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• EPA Type I & II Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Experience budgeting, vendor management, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance across interior/exterior building and grounds.
• Ensure unit make-ready schedules meet expectations.
• Manage maintenance budget, inventory and supplies.
