You will participate in preventative maintenance, manage inventory, and communicate with residents, vendors, and leadership to keep properties safe and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in apartment maintenance, required EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications, a valid driver's license, basic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications required.
• Ability to read service requests and schedules; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Maintain common area maintenance.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Communicate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and team members.
